He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Obrst and Dorothy Kovacich Obrst; and his brother-in-law Richard Feran. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Thomas Obrst, Jr. of Killbuck, Dustin Burnett (Courtney) of West Salem, Patrick Obrst (Erin) of Killbuck, Stephen Obrst (Jill) of Shreve and Sara Miller of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Glystin, Rowyn, Garrett, Tobias, Grant, Boone, Brigham, Brayden, Cameron, Austin and Bryson; his siblings, Leo Obrst (Christy) of Bridgeport, WV, Donna Feran of Tallmadge, Cathie Harpley (Dale) of Brimfield and Lisa Smith (Bob) of Brimfield; and his pet Deeks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A procession will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
