He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Green and Mary Elizabeth Blakker Green. He is survived by: his spouse Mikki Grosjean; his children, Shane Green (Alyssa) of Wooster and Sara Green (James Boyd) of Cincinnati; his grandson Warren Green; and his brother Kenneth Green (Mona). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
