It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Jean Rowe of Wooster, Ohio, born in Prichard, West Virginia, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas P. Adkins and Dulcie Lowe Adkins; her son Chad Rowe; and her siblings, James Frazier, Eunice Harmon, Verlin Adkins, Lois Frazier, Eltha Adkins Noble (Everett) and Paul Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, William Rowe (Kristy) of Sterling, Vernon Rowe (Dawn) of Wooster, Angela Rowe of Wooster, Darrah Rowe (Isaac) of Akron and Jesse Rowe (Hilary) of Wooster; and her siblings, Estel Frazier (Connie) of Doylestown, Karen Adkins of Wooster, Ava Adkins of Lexington, KY and Mary Downey Silva of Marion, KY. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 32 and one on the way great-grandchildren.
