He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Ewing and Hilda McCoy Ewing; his wife Katie; and his siblings, Ronald Ewing, Patrick Ewing and Koleen Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Smith (Craig) of Beavercreek, Dan Ewing of Wooster and Cindi Lang (Mike) of Cornelius, NC; his grandchildren, Katie Horvath (Erik), Matthew Smith and Taylor Hilyard (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Hannah and Liam Horvath.
