She was predeceased by: her mother Faye Addis Umbach. She is survived by: her father Louis A Umbach; and her siblings, Timothy Umbach (Linda) of San Francisco, CA, Joyce Umbach of Marshall, AR, David Umbach (Kelly) of Florence, AL and Daniel Umbach (Kate) of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by three nieces.
