She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Perry and Hazel Perry; and her siblings, June, Patricia, Pauline, Philip and Charles.
She is survived by: her spouse John'Bud'Bender; her daughters, Katheryn Bracken of Amelia Courthouse, Virginia, Jennifer Slaydon (John) of Pickerington, Ohio and Angie Birk (Tony) of Katy, Texas; her stepchildren, John Bender (Pam) of Wooster, Valerie Bachman (Greg) of Jefferson City, Tennessee and Kimberly Barlow of Dandridge, Tennessee; and her siblings, Alyce Slabaugh of Beverly Hills, Florida, Judy Baughman of Clinton, Ohio, Jerrie Whitehead of Wooster, Ohio and Alfred Perry (Nancy) of Wooster, Ohio.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family offers that memorial contributions may be made to the Wayne County Public Library, 220 West Liberty St. Wooster, Ohio 44691 of which Susan was a longtime patron and supporter.
