He was predeceased by: his father Claude L. Sullivan; his stepfather Harold Bair; and his brother-in-law Scott Tyson. He is survived by: his mother F. Jane Sullivan Bair (Crooks) of Tuscarawas; his wife Sherri Sullivan (Tyson); his daughter Megan Sullivan; his sister Ruthann Martinelli; and his parents-in-law, Don and Joann Tyson.
