She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick W. Hawthorne and Ruth E. Stewart Hawthorne. She is survived by: her husband Richard Alfred Ransom; her children, Heather Bodle (Christopher) of Sandusky, Brian Ransom (Erin) of Wooster and Brent Ransom (Beth) of Canton; her grandchildren, Bryce Bodle, Ellie Bodle, Owen Ransom, Landon Ransom, Aiden Ransom, Lucas Ransom and Norah Ransom; her sister Trudy Reardon (Andrew) of Westerville; and her sister-in-law Beverly Klass of Cortland. She is also survived by her loving family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
