He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Forrer and Mabel F. Forrer (Caillet); his wife Betty Ann Hartzler; and his siblings, Irene Lee, Edith Pyers, Luella Phillips, Alpha Bowers, Arlene Milford and Raymond Forrer.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Forrer (Sharon) of Bluffton, Craig Forrer (Lorey) of Apple Creek, Michelle Myers (Roger) of Cranberry Twp, Todd Forrer (Linda) of North Lawrence and Sandy Forrer of Carrollton; and his grandchildren, Randa Kinn (Brian), Lisa McBrien (Mike), Wayne Forrer (Jacquie), Beth McKee (Josh), Stacy Clark (Kyle), Matthew Myers, Spencer Myers, Anthony Forrer (Carolyn), Amanda Pabst (Jon), Andrew Forrer (Rachel), Audrey Houser (Seth), Abrahm Forrer and Annette Menuez (Logan). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
