He is survived by: his children, Mark Mellor of Wooster, Jo Ann Barker of Wooster and Jenny Morphew of Wooster; his grandchildren, John Barker, Desiree Mosier, David Mosier and Lily Mosier; and his siblings, Carol Newton, Sandy VanMeter and Larry Mellor (Kay).
