He was predeceased by: his father Ronald W. Swihart; his stepfather Ray Smitley; and his brother Daniel Swihart. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Bugh of Navarre, Tammy Broad (Brad) of Massillon, Christina Derrow of Navarre and Joy Ann Smitley of Wooster; and his sister-in-law Diana Swihart of Navarre. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
