“It’s been many years since I left Ohio and only recently heard the sad news. I was a sports friend of Ron’s, and played softball in the Wooster City League with him. He was an excellent player and he remembered the days when the Lumber’s men’s fast pitch team was still active, and he remembered my father on that team. Ron was a great guy and I always looked forward to saying hi when I made it home. Condolences to any family or friends who may happen to see this belated comment. Rick Walton”
