He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Hartman; his sisters, Elaine Faye Swann and Carol Hartman; and his brother-in-law Larry Plamann. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Plamann of Bradenton, FL and Roger K. Hartman of Wooster; his aunts, Betty J. Berkshire of Orrville and Beulah Snider (Clare) of Elida; his nephew Michael Kazsmer (Sammy) of Braselton, GA; his nieces, Brittney Kazsmer of Bradenton, FL and Rebecca "Nikki" Swann of Orrville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Joah Clark, Mila and Silas Kazsmer.
