He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fike and Daisie Fike (Gray); and his brother Jerry Fike. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fike; his children, Brad Fike (Paula) of Wooster and Karen Henderson (Howard Miller) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Josh Henderson (Lisa) of Orrville, Evan Henderson of Chicago, IL, Taylor Fike (Torrey) of Orrville and Adriana Fike of Lynchburg, VA; his great grandchildren, Connor, Kinley Henderson, Oliver and Theodore Fike; and his sister Shirley Hummel of Wooster.
