He is survived by: his spouse Meredith Krajcik-Cook; his sons, Adam Cosentino (Molly) of Medina and Nicholas Cosentino (Amanda) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Lily, Lucca and Lennon; his stepsons, Kristopher Cook (Sandra) of New York and Kyle Cook; his stepgrandchildren, Tori, Brad, Becca and Hunter; and his siblings, Pamela Ewald (Keith) of Wooster and Jerry Cosentino (Penny). He is also survived by uncle, aunts and many, many dear cousins.
