He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Cosentino and Elsie Moretti Cosentino; and his stepson L. Joseph Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Meredith Krajcik-Cook; his sons, Adam Cosentino (Molly) of Medina and Nicholas Cosentino (Amanda) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Lily, Lucca and Lennon; his stepsons, Kristopher Cook (Sandra) of New York and Kyle Cook; his stepgrandchildren, Tori, Brad, Becca and Hunter; and his siblings, Pamela Ewald (Keith) of Wooster and Jerry Cosentino (Penny). He is also survived by uncle, aunts and many, many dear cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the N. Market St. Wooster McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691).
