He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray and Gladys Marie Schmid Frank; his wife Nancy Jo Austen; his children, Cheryl and James Frank; and his sister Katherine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Frank (Marcie) of Wooster and Marjorie Tarbuck of Perry; his grandchildren, Chris Frank (Monica) of Lorain and Bryan Frank (Sarah) of Fredericksburg; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Marianna, Landon, Sydney and Mason Frank.
