With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert M. Szala of Wooster, Ohio, born in Tire Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Szala and Anna Punchak Szala; his daughter Stephanie Crowther; and his brother Richard Szala. He is survived by: his wife Irene Tigyer Szala; his son Michael Szala (Marcia) of Valparaiso, FL; his grandchildren, Nicholas Szala (Kristyn), Rachel Szala (Mark Courtney), Amanda (Crowther), Olsen (Patrick), Jayce Crowther (Fukuko) and Michael Crowther (Sierra); and his sister Dolores Carnahan. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
