He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie R. Stephen and Addie I. Stewart Stephen; his wife Judy Eileen Griswold; and his brothers, Stanley Lambert and Wilbur Lambert.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Lynn Kaufman (Arnie) of Wooster and Suzanne Nicholls-Smith (Dennis) of Florida; and his grandsons, Aaron Kaufman (Lina) of Dayton, Luke Kaufman of Wooster, Nathaniel Smith of Florida and Matthew Nicholls of Florida.
