He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Russell Sr. and Betty Marie Barker (Berry); his wife Pamela Sue Long; his daughter Pamela Irene Barker; and his sister Clara Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Barker, Jr. of Wooster, Lisa Marie Ferguson of Wooster and Robert E. Barker of Wooster; his siblings, Roy Russell Barker (Marilyn) of Wooster, Chuck Barker of Arizona, Dave Bevington Of (Beverly) and Thomas "Tom" Barker of Wooster; and his close friend Dave Manis (Michelle) of Wooster. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
