He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard C. Holtz and Emma Laverna Sally Holtz (Delk); and his son Christopher Willard Holtz. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Holtz; his children, Tami Black (Thom), Tracy Holtz (LuAnn) and Carrie Holtz; and his siblings, Steve Holtz (Therese), Jeffrey Holtz and Lisa Hinton (Donald). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
