He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lowe and Mabel Lowe; and his siblings, Doris Ickes, Lemoine Lowe and Gerald Wayne Lowe.

He is survived by: his wife Sedina Collins; his children, Patty Senesac of Wooster, Mike Lowe (Vicki) of North Royalton and Chris Wile (Tim) of Wooster; and his brothers, James Lowe (Lois) of Mt. Vernon and Eugene Lowe of West Salem. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
