She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schnitzer and Maude Schnitzer (Heitzman); her husband Sylvan L. Wiles; and her siblings, Dr. William J. Schnitzer, Margaret Carroll, Mary Tuuri and Marjean Pratt.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Carolyn Wiles Higdon of Atlanta, GA., Kenneth Wiles (Janice) of Creston and Kathleen Tisher (John) of Wooster; and her grandchildren, Michelle Taliaferro (David), Megan Watkins (Trey Sipe), Melinda Tyner (David), Latecia Wiles, Jason Wiles (Sandy), Matthew Wiles (Melissa), Joseph Wiles (Mollie), Zachary Wiles (Amy), Joshua Nickles (Katie), Melissa McElroy (Ian) and Amanda Nickles. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
