He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Umstead and Margery Umstead (Kells). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Barry; his grandchildren, Nichole Beckett (Matt), Haley Powers and Joshua Powers; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Harper, Hunter and Baby Beckett Due.
