She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Hawkins of Wooster, Dakila Hawkins of Mansfield, Victoria Hawkins of Dayton, Keyonna Swank of Wooster and Shonica Swank of Wooster; her grandchildren, Arianna, Alayah, Ariyah Lee and O'syria Hawkins; her mother Ruth Thompson of Georgia; her fiancé Austin Martinez of Wooster; and her siblings, Terrie Markwell (Johnny), Stacey Sutherland of Mansfield, Norman Isaac of Winter Garden, FL, Patty Cains (Randy) of Mansfield, Joan Pernell of Mansfield, Tommy Cains (Becky) of Mansfield, Mary E. Isaac of Mansfield, Mary E. Brock of Mansfield, Diana Brock of Mansfield, David Brock of Mansfield, Harlem Brock of Mansfield and Crystal Taylor (Keith) of Mansfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
