She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur John Simmons and Elizabeth Martin Simmons (Milligan); her husband Steven D. Tomassetti; and her brothers, Arthur G. Simmons and Brian Simmons.

She is survived by: her children, Alan Dixon (Ana), Shelley Dixon, Jim Dixon (Dan) and Chuck Amos (Crystal); her grandchildren, Shauna Dixon (Rachel), Mason, Eden Haven, Shelby Eppley (Rudy), Morgan, Cortnee, Carlee, Sidney, Addlyn, Corbin and Rayla Amos; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Sanibel, Walker, Malachi and Atlas; and her brothers, Maurice Simmons and Raymond Simmons. She is also survived by the special friends that she has made over the years, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, nieces, nephews and cousins.

I visited Mary and Steve about three or four years ago and we had a good couple of hours together. That was the last time I saw both of them. May God bless the remaining family and that you please keep in mind that those who truly trust in the Lord do not lose their loved ones but are waiting to be reunited; that is God's promise.
