She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Rosabelle Calhoun Lautzenhiser; her husband Robert Polen; her sisters, Mary Brown, Barbara McIntyre and Linda Sipes; her brother-in-law Harold Polen; and her pet Peaches.
She is survived by: her brother James Lautzenhiser (Marla) of Wooster; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Brown of Wooster, Vivian Potts (Clyde) of Wooster and Norma Jean Yost of Wooster. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
