She is survived by: her children, Lance Weirick (Cindy), Jim Weirick and Raylene Hlavaty (Mike); her grandchildren, Veronica Burkey, Christina Daugherty (Jason), Amy Tavares, Jerome Tavares III (Crystal), Jennifer Bradberry (Larry), Angela Haney, Tyler Weirick, Jessica Weirick, Michael Hlavaty, Jr., Joshua Hlavaty and David Hlavaty; and her sister Shirley Freitas (Vern). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
