She is survived by: her children, Ken Lively, Kevin Lively (Hope), Kandy Wallet (Rick) and Debbie Prochaska (Dave); her grandchildren, Michael Wallet, Christa Taylor (Kevin), Nolan Prochaska (Karleigh), Hannah Boreman (Tayler), Andre Lively (Rachel), Meghann Hazen, Kenny Johnston, Kelsey Lively and Cierra Yaus; and her siblings, Merle Tomlinson, Jr. (Pat) and Leona Bowman. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
