She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Melenbacker and Virginia Melenbacker; and her sister Jane Davis. She is survived by: her siblings, Karl W. Melenbacker (Janet), Anne Steck (David), Katherine Broucek and Mary Hejduk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
