He is survived by: his parents, Michael Kerby and Julie Kerby (Keller); his brother Kent Kerby; his nephew Keegan Kerby; his grandmother Maxine Keller; and his friend Christina Cady. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
