He was predeceased by: his father William Sid; and his brother-in-law Kevin Bentz. He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Cunningham Fields of Wooster; his wife Cheryl Walters; his son Daniel Fields (Amanda) of Wooster; his stepson Nathaniel Walters (Holly) of Wooster; his grandsons, Danny Jr. and Austin Fields; his stepgranddaughters, Natalie and Destiny; and his sisters, Karen Jones of San Clemente, CA, Tina Gazia of Scottsdale, AZ, Brenda Shreiner of Prescott, AZ and Mary Bentz of Wooster.
