It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Hoover of Wooster, Ohio, born in New Holland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Menno Z. Hoover and Martha W. Hoover; his sister-in-law Andrea Hoover; his nephew Bryan Hoover; and his great-nephew Jayce.
He is survived by: his children, Nathanael Hoover (Carrie) and Natalie Hoover; his wife Sandra Hoover; and his siblings, Walter, Wilmer (Deb), Jerry, Roy (Joy), Lavina (Calvin Yoder), Marty (Carl Zimmerman), Elva (Larry Martin) and Mary (Daryl Martin). He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew, along with many great-nieces and great-nephews.
He worked until Covid made impossible to commute back and forth to work and retired in 2021.
