He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carly and Isabelle Berty Carly; and his niece Shari Pilsitz. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandy Pilsitz (Frank) of Wooster and Gaylena Carly of Wooster; his niece Shelly St (Mark); and his great-nephew Alex St. Clair of Canal Fulton.
