He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Jr. Fulton and Phyllis Fulton (Carr); and his sister Susan McKee. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Fulton (Mulhall); his children, Chris Fulton (Jessica) of Harvest, AL, Sami (Justin Beauchamp) of Holt, MI, Jacey Fulton of Wooster, Laurissa Fulton and Nathaniel Fulton; his granddaughters, Natalie Fulton, Clara and Anna Beauchamp; his brother Ron Fulton of Santa Fe, NM; and his stepsiblings, Bobby Powell of Alabama and Katryn Moore of Arkansas.
