He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bohlen and Jean Bohlen (Nicholas); his brothers, John Bohlen and Joe Bohlen; his brothers-in-law, William "Bill" Shaffer and Tim Dalessandro; his niece Dawn Dalessandro-Zerrer; and his former wife Christa Stuckey.
He is survived by: his sons, Lance Bohlen (Rebekah Glenn) and Blake Bohlen (Renee); his grandchildren, Aubree, Braxton and Roman Bohlen; his siblings, Judy Dalessandro, Janet Shaffer, Jeanine Wertenberger (Gary), Jackie Eggeman (Jack) and Jim; his girlfriend Gail Dinie; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
