It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Moomaw Chapman (Wooster, Ohio), who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul William and Hazel Mae Hartzler Moomaw; and her brothers, Jim, Ray, Paul Jr., Carl and Donald Moomaw.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Chapman; her siblings, Geraldine Marthey and Doyle Moomaw; her daughters, Angela Spell (Dave) of Greentown, IN, Linda Wilder (Phil) of Wooster, Sandra Grassman (Charles) of Wooster and Susan Porter (Michael) of Carmel, IN; her grandchildren, Verayna Newland (Dustin) and Evan Spell; and her children, Landon, Laura Wilder, Jared, Nicolas Grassman, Claire Pendleton (Jacob), Caroline and Ethan Porter.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be directed to the Red Haw United Methodist Church Stained Glass Window Fund, 1101 CR 175, Polk OH, 44866.
