He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Virginia Mae Cox Blair; and his brother Danny Ray Blair. He is survived by: his wife Beth Leighty; and his children, James Randel "Randy" Blair (Anissa) of Shreve, Sherry Lee Blair of Wooster, Shannon Marie Bennett of Wooster and Melinda Sue Goddard (Todd) of Orrville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
