He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Franks; and his son Jamie Paul Franks. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Morris; his mother Ruth McAfee Roudebush of Port St; his siblings, Pam Frazier of Wooster, LeAnn Franks of Wooster and Donald Franks of Columbus; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
