She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Conrad; her husband John; her grandson Craig Jaquet; and her siblings, Harold, Warren Conrad and Wilma Weekley.
She is survived by: her children, Janet (Ronald Klett), Donald (Phyllis Jaquet), Donna (Bruce Kindy), Dale (Marilyn Jaquet) and Dan (Linda Jaquet); and her sister-in-law Betty Conrad of Kansas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
