He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dean and Bertha Rozella Stocker Finley; and his sister Sue Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Franks; his children, Christine Finley of Wooster and Timothy Finley (Cathy) of Orrville; his brothers, Thomas Finley (Ellie) of Akron and Ron Finley (Sandy) of Wooster; his siblings-in-law, Rosie Shaffer (Gary) of Ashtabula and Bob Phillips of Wooster; his grandchildren, Ariel of Wooster, Alec of Wooster, Ashton Larson of Wooster, Brendan Niehaus of Orrville and Madeline Finley of Orrville; and his great grandchild Noah Finley of Wooster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
