She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Wagner and Mary Edna Pollock (Fletcher); her husband Lynn Welker; and her sons, Steven L. Welker of Columbus, Ronald D. Welker (Jovy) of Seville and Joe R. Welker (Janell) of Botkins, Ohio. She was also cherished by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
