He is survived by: his son Cody Chrostowski (Brandi Bucher) of Wooster; his sisters, Mary Gunn of Creston and Sandy Chrostowski of Myrtle Beach; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Kruk (Jordan), Chelsea Chrostowski and Tyler Chrostowski; his great-niece Kelby; and his great-nephew Kolson Kruk.
