He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leroy and Marie Pearl Williamson Haines; his brother-in-law Szolt Sziraky; and his nephew Christopher Sziraky. He is survived by: his wife Joan Buchholz; his children, Brian Haines (Nicole) and Lisa DeCamp (Bret); his grandchildren, Aaren Fletcher Haines (Kirsten), Kyle Owen Haines (Brigitte), Connor Clive Haines, Nicholas Lynn Murray, Lauren DeCamp of Virginia and Alexis "Lexi" Page DeCamp; his great grandchildren, Hudson Lee Haines, Emberly Mae Haines, Blake Ryan Haines, Harper Amayah Murray and Oaklynn Maggie Haines; his sister Earliene Sziraky (late Szolt); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Grassbaugh (Charles), Sally George (Thomas) and Faye (David).
