He is survived by: his wife Hazel Allman; and his children, Kathy Atwell (Robert) of Mount Vernon, Jennifer Edwards (Keith) of Shreve and Philip Starr (Caren) of Wooster. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
