It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald L. Hershey of Wooster, Ohio, born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hershey and Helen Butdorf Hershey; and his son-in-law Jeff Ballinger. He is survived by: his wife Becky Firestone; his children, Dave Hershey (Lori) of Wooster, Ted Hershey (Anita) of Wooster and Cathy Ballinger of Wooster; his grandchildren, Trent Hershey (Andi) of Wooster, Kerby Hershey (Sabrina) of Wooster, Jared Hershey of Wooster, Tessa Hershey of Wooster, Andrea Billman (Ryan) of Wooster, Danielle Ballinger of Wooster and Joey Ballinger of Wooster; his great grandchildren, Brooke Hershey and Bennett Hershey; and his brother Roger Hershey (Marty) of West Salem. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
