With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald E. Hockenberry of Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hockenberry and Ethel Jacobs Hockenberry; his son Rodney Hockenberry; his brother Gerald Hockenberry; his aunt Martha; and his uncle Willard Tryon.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Purdy; his children, Randall Hockenberry (Cindy) of Wooster, Ronald Hockenberry (Cindy) of Lucas and Renee McConahay (Aaron) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Ian, Lydia, Christopher Hockenberry, Kacie and Ebony McConahay; his great grandchild Paris; and his niece Ellen Hockenberry of Kidron.
