He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hackett (Coblentz); his children, Dee (Ron Moan), Del, Drew (Lidiette), Dana Hackett (Simone) and Dennis; his grandchildren, Benjamin Hackett, Reginald Hackett (Megan), Veronica Coulon (Kevin), Melissa Hackett, Zachary Hackett, Samantha Tierney (Chip), Meagan Schunn (Patrick Kelly) and Tina Hewitt (Brett); and his siblings, Gary (Cheryl), Jeanette Landwehr (Ron), Jane Hobbs (Darryl), Stanley Hackett, Roger Hackett and Norma Schaefer (Bill).
