He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert P., Sr. and Delores Tolley Lang; his wife Marsha Jean McCarty; his daughter Deborah Lang; and his siblings, Cheryl, Dick and Larry.
He is survived by: his son Delbert W. Lang (Stacie) of Lima; his stepdaughter Rhonda Brown of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Madison, Cara Lang and Mackenzie Brown; his great grandchild Hadley Mae Keeton; and his sister Cindy.
