He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Edward and Helen Elizabeth Flinner (Knisely). He is survived by: his children, Tammy Bowman (Jerry) of Wooster and Timothy Flinner (Tina) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Christopher (Christina), Kimberly (Sean), Starli, Bo and Elle; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Giana, Marleigh and Charlie; and his siblings, Karen Markling (Tom) of Wooster and Fred Flinner (Ruthe) of Florida.
