He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Frantz and Patricia Mumaw Frantz. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Rust; his son Andrew Frantz of Wooster; his stepmother Twila Frantz of Salem; and his siblings, Jack Ritter (Melissa) of Sarasota, FL, Dave Frantz (Theresa) of Salem, Darren Frantz (Cari) of Salem and Denise McQuiston of Salem.
